Hominy Cheese Casserole

• 2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or 2 (15 ounce) cans white hominy
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
• 0.5 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 cup crushed corn chips

1. Mix all the ingredients except the corn chips.
2. Put in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with corn chips.
3. Bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
