The Adige

• Club soda
• 2 ounces Sauvignon Blanc
• 1 orange wheel
• 1/2 ounce Amaro Nonino
• Ice
• Dash of Angostura bitters

1. Fill one-third of a large wineglass with ice.
2. Add the bitters, amaro and wine and top with a splash of club soda.
3. Float the orange wheel on top.
