Steak Supper in Foil
- 1 12 lbs chuck steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 cup dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium beef bouillon granules
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 18 teaspoon celery seed
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons water
- Heat the overn to 450F.
- Put a piece of heavy-duty foil in a large baking pan and place the meat on the foil.
- Stir together the remaining ingredients and spread on top of the meat.
- Add all veggies and sprinkle the water over top.
- Fold the foil over and seal securely.
- Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
