Pickled Eggs Made Easy !

  1. In med.
  2. saucepan, on high heat, bring vinegar, sugar and pickling salt to boiling for 5 minutes.
  3. Place shelled eggs (and veggies-optional) in a gallon jar.
  4. Add boiling vinegar mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. these are great next day, but as with anything improves with age!

white vinegar, pickling salt, sugar, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, eggs
