Dot's Biscuits Recipe

  1. Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening with a pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, stirring till dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead lightly 4 or possibly 5 times.
  4. Bake at 425-450 degrees till done.
  5. Yield: 8 biscuits.
