Ode To Joy Infused Tequila Cocktail

  1. Muddle avocado in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Combine all ingredients into the shaker with ice, excluding the garnishes.
  3. Begin flambe garnish: combine cumin, salt, and paprika into a dish.
  4. Add absinthe and ignite all the ingredients.
  5. "Cook" until absinthe has been dissolved and ingredients are dry.
  6. Rim the coupe glass with flambe garnish.
  7. Shake ingredients and strain into the coupe glass.
