Garlic Green Beans With Prosciutto

  1. Toast the almonds and allow to cool.
  2. Cook/steam the beans to crisp texture - do not overcook.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil on medium-low heat.
  4. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute for 1 minute or until garlic releases its aroma.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, stirring lightly.
  6. Add mixture to the beans and toss lightly.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
