Pepper Steak Recipe
- 1 12 lbs steak, chopped in small cubes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- black pepper
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 12 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Combine beef broth, soy sauce, ginger, and corn starch together in small bowl and set aside.
- Heat veg oil on med high in large skillet until sizzle, add chopped steak and cook til brown.
- Add tomato, celery, onion, green peppers, and garlic.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add beef broth mixture and simmer until sauce thickens.
