Spicy Thai Baked Wings

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2.
  3. Arrange the wing segments on a large baking sheet fitted with a wire rack that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

  6. In a measuring cup, combine the remaining ingredients, minus sesame seeds.
  7. Set aside until ready to coat the wings.
  8. 4.
  9. After 1 hour, the wings should be brown and crisp.
  10. If they are not, give them a little longer.
  11. Once they have become brown, remove from the oven and place in a large bowl.
  12. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
  13. 5.
  14. Place the wings back on the baking rack.
  15. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  16. 6.
  17. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  18. 7.
  19. Eat immediately!
