Bok Choy & Bell Pepper Grilled Cheese

  1. Cover 1 bread slice with 1 Singles and bok choy; drizzle with dressing.
  2. Top with peppers, second Singles and remaining bread slice.
  3. Brush outside of sandwich with oil.
  4. Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  5. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
  6. Cut into quarters.
