Bok Choy & Bell Pepper Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 KRAFT Singles King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup tightly packed stemmed baby bok choy, cut into thin strips Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 6 thin red pepper strips
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Cover 1 bread slice with 1 Singles and bok choy; drizzle with dressing.
- Top with peppers, second Singles and remaining bread slice.
- Brush outside of sandwich with oil.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into quarters.
