Sweet & Sour Fish

  1. Salt a little on the fish and set a side
  2. Heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and fry the fish until golden brown, and set aside
  3. In another pan, heat it with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  4. Sautee garlic, onions, ginger on the pan then add the tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and water.
  5. Let it simmer
  6. Then add the fish and let it simmer till the sauce is thick.
  7. Add the bell peppers.
  8. Put salt and pepper to taste.
  9. And sprinkle onions on top.
  10. Serve while hot.
  11. :)
