Jazzed-Up Fruit Cup
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip Aerosol Whipped Topping, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. grated orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups small seedless grapes
- 1 cup each: sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup thinly sliced bananas (1 large)
- 2 giant ladyfingers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Add 1/2 cup of the whipped topping, the orange peel and juice; mix well.
- Set aside.
- Mix fruit in large bowl; spoon evenly into eight individual serving bowls.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over fruit in each bowl; sprinkle evenly with ladyfinger crumbs.
- Top each with 2 Tbsp.
