Cheesy Lavash Roll
- 1 Lavash Bread Sheet
- 4 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
- 3 Eggs, Hard Boiled, Peeled Then Grated On The Large Holes Of A Grater
- 4 ounces, weight Hard Cheese, Finely Grated
- 1 Sweet Pepper, Preferably Red, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Finely Diced
- 1 bunch Dill, Shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced (Omit If You Dont Like Garlic)
- Prep all ingredients as instructed above.
- Now as all the ingredients are ready, spread the lavash sheet on the table and start laying the filling on top.
- First smear the mayonnaise all over the sheet, then layer on the grated eggs, cheese, pepper, dill and garlic layer by layer.
- After all the ingredients are in place, roll the sheet up tightly.
- Put the roll on a plate or tray, seam side down and put it in the fridge to cool down.
- In half an hour take it out of the refrigerator, cut into 1 inch slices and serve on the big plate.
