Chickpea Curry

  1. slice and dice the onions finely.
  2. crush the garlic
  3. heat oil in a pan/skillet then add the garlic and onion and fry until soft.
  4. add the chilli powder, salt, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and coriander to the pan and stir continuously for a minute.
  5. drain the chickpeas and add to the pan.
  6. add the chopped tomatoes and stir until combined.
  7. cover on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  8. add garam masala and stir.
  9. Cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
