Chickpea Curry
- 2 onions
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 can chickpeas (400g can)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g can)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- slice and dice the onions finely.
- crush the garlic
- heat oil in a pan/skillet then add the garlic and onion and fry until soft.
- add the chilli powder, salt, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and coriander to the pan and stir continuously for a minute.
- drain the chickpeas and add to the pan.
- add the chopped tomatoes and stir until combined.
- cover on a low heat for 20 minutes.
- add garam masala and stir.
- Cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
