Sweet and Simple CATALINA Pork

  1. TOSS pork with garlic powder.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a large frypan and stir fry pork until just cooked; set aside.
  3. STIR fry vegetables in remaining oil until tender crisp.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in soya sauce and add to pan along with pineapple and dressing.
  5. COOK on medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
  6. Add pork and heat through.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta.
