Sweet and Simple CATALINA Pork
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut in 1/4 inch (1 cm) medallions Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 each: small onion, red and green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing
- Your favourite cooked spaghetti
- TOSS pork with garlic powder.
- Heat half of the oil in a large frypan and stir fry pork until just cooked; set aside.
- STIR fry vegetables in remaining oil until tender crisp.
- Dissolve cornstarch in soya sauce and add to pan along with pineapple and dressing.
- COOK on medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
- Add pork and heat through.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
