Ground Turkey Bolognese

  1. Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Add the celery and carrot and cook until tender, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add the wine, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  6. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Cover and continue to cook.
  8. In a pan, cook the turkey, sprinkling it with steak seasoning and garlic salt, breaking it up into small pieces.
  9. Drain well.
  10. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir.
  11. Add the meat to the sauce and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  12. Serve with whatever pasta you prefer and Parmesan cheese.
