Peanutbutter Balls

  1. First mix 1 cup (225 ml) icing sugar and peanut butter together.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Mix milk and 1/2 cup (125 ml) icing sugar together.
  4. Place the coconut on a sheet of wax paper.
  5. Using your hands, make little balls of peanut butter and icing sugar mix.
  6. Dip the balls in the milk and icing sugar mix.
  7. Roll dipped balls in coconut.
  8. Refrigerate balls.
  9. Enjoy!
