Avocado Appetizer

  1. Cook the bacon, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the remaining ingredients (except avocados) to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Arrange avocado slices on 6 appetizer or salad plates; spoon hot sauce over the avocados and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon slices.
