Avocado Appetizer
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1/4 cups Chili Sauce (like Heinz)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 whole Avocados
- 4 slices Bacon
- Cook the bacon, crumble and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the remaining ingredients (except avocados) to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Arrange avocado slices on 6 appetizer or salad plates; spoon hot sauce over the avocados and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon slices.
