Rhubarb Sauce
- 5 -6 cups fresh and/or frozen rhubarb
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- In saucepan, bring rhubarb and water to a boil.
- Add sugar& cinnamon, return to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Put in freezer containers and freeze.
