Speedy Chocolate Cake in the Microwave with Pancake Mix

• 1 tbsp Pancake mix
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Processed cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 Powdered sugar

1. Combine the pancake mix, sugar, and cocoa.
2. Add the egg and vegetable oil and mix with a whisk until there are no flour streaks.
3. Cover the container loosely with a lid and heat the batter in the microwave for 2 minutes.
4. (The cooking time may vary depending on your microwave).
5. Take the cooked batter out of the container and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
6. I tried finishing mine with a dusting of powdered sugar.
