Quick and Creamy Fruit Salad
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 pound honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into small wedges
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- Pinch of salt
- In a large bowl add the apple chunks, honey dew melon, pineapple chunks, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut and a pinch of salt.
- Stir to combine.
