Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken

  1. Season chicken breasts with spices and herbs of choice.
  2. Brown for approximately 5 minutes in a pan, set aside.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup, milk and chicken broth in a bowl.
  4. Cut up potatoes.
  5. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  6. Add potatoes and carrots to crock pot.
  7. Add about 1/2 of the soup mixture and combine with potatoes and carrots.
  8. Place chicken on top of potatoes and carrots.
  9. Pour remaining sauce over chicken, potatoes and carrots.
  10. Set crock pot to high for one hour.
  11. Turn down to low and cook for 3-4 more hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are fork tender.
  12. Serve sauce over chicken and vegetables.
