Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packages powdered ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 large potatoes (I used red skinned)
- 2 cup baby carrots
- 1 to taste - garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, other spices/herbs of choice
- can cooking spray
- Season chicken breasts with spices and herbs of choice.
- Brown for approximately 5 minutes in a pan, set aside.
- Combine cream of chicken soup, milk and chicken broth in a bowl.
- Cut up potatoes.
- Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
- Add potatoes and carrots to crock pot.
- Add about 1/2 of the soup mixture and combine with potatoes and carrots.
- Place chicken on top of potatoes and carrots.
- Pour remaining sauce over chicken, potatoes and carrots.
- Set crock pot to high for one hour.
- Turn down to low and cook for 3-4 more hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are fork tender.
- Serve sauce over chicken and vegetables.
