Spicy Stir-Fried Brown Rice with Broccolini and Scallops

  1. Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccolini; cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Dry skillet.
  5. Heat oil in same skillet over high heat.
  6. Add next 5 ingredients; stir 30 seconds.
  7. Push vegetables to side of skillet; add scallops to other side.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; stir-fry 1 minute.
  9. Stir vegetables into scallops.
  10. Add rice, broccolini, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir-fry until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
