The Forbidden Bite

  1. Mix together the blue cheese and ricotta in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Using a butter knife or spoon, apply the cheese mixture to the crackers.
  3. Top with the fig spread, about 1 teaspoon of spread per cracker.
  4. Place a coin of chorizo on each cracker.
  5. Top with a dollop of cherry pepper relish, about 1/2 teaspoon per cracker, and serve.
