Marinated Antipasto Mix
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 200g small button mushrooms, halved
- 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE* Balsamic Italian Dressing
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and bruised
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 strip lemon rind
- flat bread and KRAFT FREE* Dips to serve
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss to thoroughly coat in dressing.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight, stirring frequently.
- Using a slotted spoon remove to a serving dish.
- Serve accompanied with bread and dips.
