Thai Barbecue Chicken Pizza
- 1-1/3 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 4 each ready-to-use pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1-1/4 qt. Delissio Italian Mozzarella Block, shredded, divided
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into strips
- 1-1/3 cups red peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Mix barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the Sauce Works (or 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL of the Sauce Works for trial recipe).
- Spread onto crusts; top each with 1 cup (250 mL) cheese.
- Toss chicken and peppers with remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sauce Works (or with remaining 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL Sauce Works for trial recipe); spoon onto pizzas.
- Top each with 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the remaining cheese.
- Bake directly on middle rack of 400F-standard oven 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
