Herbed & Crumbed Lamb Racks or Cutlets

  1. Preheat oven to 200.C.
  2. Combine marinade with breadcrumbs and mix well.
  3. Press mixture evenly onto lamb racks and roast lamb racks for 30-45 mins depending on cooking preference.
  4. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
