S'more Graham Cracker Crisps

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Place graham crackers onto pan in single layer; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and peanuts.
  4. Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
  6. Boil, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 240F.
  7. Pour butter mixture immediately over chocolate chips and peanuts.
  8. Bake 6-8 minutes or until bars are bubbly around edges.
  9. Sprinkle with marshmallows; continue baking 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows are softened.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Cut into bars.
  12. *Substitute regular flavor graham crackers.
