S'more Graham Cracker Crisps
- 12 double (5x2 1/2-inch) chocolate graham crackers*
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup salted peanuts
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Place graham crackers onto pan in single layer; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and peanuts.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Boil, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 240F.
- Pour butter mixture immediately over chocolate chips and peanuts.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until bars are bubbly around edges.
- Sprinkle with marshmallows; continue baking 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows are softened.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into bars.
- *Substitute regular flavor graham crackers.
