Macaroni and Crab
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
- 1 cup chopped imitation crabmeat
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 14 cup rice vinegar
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni until tender.
- Drain, and return macaroni to pot.
- Stir in lettuce, scallions, pimientos, crab, peas and carrots, sesame seeds, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.
- Toss to mix well.
