Delicious Gyoza
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 150 grams Cabbage
- 1/2 bunch Chinese chives
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 to 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 same amount as the garlic Minced ginger
- 2 tbsp Sake (or Shaoxing wine)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 20 large gyoza skins
- Chop the vegetables finely.
- Put all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly Wrap in the skins (makes about 20 large).
- Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan and align the gyozas.
- Turn the heat on.
- When it's slightly brown, add 150 ml hot water.
- Cold water is also fine.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry for 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.
- When the water has evaporated.
- Drizzle sesame oil.
- Serve when it's golden brown and looks appetizing.
