Ribs in an oven
- 5 1/2 lb ribs, pork
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 cup rib, pork rub see my recipe
- Wash the ribs.
- Remove the silver skin membrane.
- Apply fenugreek leaves and rib, pork rub.
- Put into a zip lock bag, and refrigerate for 2 and a half hours.
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit add more rub if you like.
- Roast for an hour and 15 minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes add sauce if you like or eat straight up.
