Easy Deep-Dish Beef & Potato Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.
  3. Add peas and carrots, potatoes and cheese sauce; mix well.
  4. Spoon into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat.
  6. Add flour; stir with whisk until blended.
  7. Cook 2 min.
  8. or until bubbly, stirring occasionally.
  9. Gradually stir in water.
  10. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  11. Simmer on low heat 3 min.
  12. Pour over meat mixture.
  13. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal.
  14. Place over meat mixture.
  15. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  16. or until golden brown.
