A Canadian in Manhattan

• 1 ounce Bourbon
• 12 ounce pure maple syrup
• 12 ounce ice wine

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, maple syrup and icewine.
2. Stir and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a marachino cherry.
