Cool Cookie Delight Created by Elba S. Giron

• 14 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
• 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1-2/3 cups cold milk
• 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored rum
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Reserve 4 cookies.
2. Crush remaining cookies.
3. Moisten rims of 4 martini glasses; dip in crumbs to coat rims.
4. Reserve remaining crumbs for later use.
5. Beat pudding mix, milk and rum with whisk 2 min.
6. Spoon into prepared glasses.
7. Refrigerate 15 min.
8. Top desserts with COOL WHIP and remaining crumbs just before serving.
9. Garnish with reserved cookies.
