Homemade and Good for Health Soy Nuts

  1. Soak soy beans overnight in water.
  2. Drain and rinse the following morning.
  3. Allow to dry.
  4. Roast them until brown and crisp.
  5. Munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack!
