Homemade and Good for Health Soy Nuts
- 1 cup dried soybeans (bought readymade from the store)
- 3 -4 cups water
- Soak soy beans overnight in water.
- Drain and rinse the following morning.
- Allow to dry.
- Roast them until brown and crisp.
- Munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack!
