Chicken With Wild Rice(From A Friend, Holly)

  1. Boil
  2. chicken
  3. with
  4. water, sherry, salt, onion, celery and curry
  5. powder
  6. 1
  7. 1/2 hours.
  8. Cool and debone.
  9. Cook rice using water from chicken.
  10. Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Mix
  11. soup, sour cream, chicken and rice together.
  12. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  13. Garnish with whole mushrooms. This is
  14. a great buffet dish and always a big hit.
  15. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
