Antipasto Pasta Salad
- 1 tri-colored rotini noodles
- 1 tbsp salad herb dried herb blend
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp course ground pepper
- 2 tsp pesto
- 1 bottle olive oil & parmesan cheese dressing
- 1 diced cucumber
- 1 can olives
- 1 cup sliced Canadian bacon
- 1 cup sliced black peppered salami
- 1 each diced red & green bellpeppers
- 1/2 sliced purple onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- cook pasta as directed on box drain & set aside
- slice your peppers, onions, salami, canadian bacon & chop cucumbers.Add to drained pasta.
- incorporate all other ingredients & seasonings.
- let chill atleast 30minutes.
