Winter Chowder (Low Fat)
- 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 12 carrot, chopped
- 12 cup cabbage, chopped
- 12 cup turnip, chopped (white)
- 12 cup fresh corn
- 14 cup chopped broccoli or 14 cup spinach
- 14 cup leeks or 14 cup onion
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- 12 cup diced potato
- 12 cup diced turkey kielbasa
- Add all ingredients to saucepan and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve with sandwiches or toasted pita wedges.
- It is good with just about anything.
