Cream Cheese Ball
- 3 packages Cream Cheese (Any Brand)(8 Oz.)
- 1 can Dried Beef (Small, 2 Ounce)
- 4 stalks Green Onions
- 1 box Club Crackers (Any Brand)
- Its best to let the cream cheese sit out while you are getting together the rest of the ingredients.
- Its easier to mix when soft.
- Wash and pat dry the green onions.
- The recipe calls for four stalks but you can use as much or as little as you like.
- Once dry chop into small to medium-sized pieces.
- Chop dried beef about the same size as onions.
- I usually use the whole can but use as much as you like.
- Once cream cheese has softened mix together all three ingredients in a medium to large bowl.
- You can line another bowl with plastic wrap to make a ball or just free form it with your hands which is what I usually do.
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
