Cream Cheese Ball

  1. Its best to let the cream cheese sit out while you are getting together the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Its easier to mix when soft.
  3. Wash and pat dry the green onions.
  4. The recipe calls for four stalks but you can use as much or as little as you like.
  5. Once dry chop into small to medium-sized pieces.
  6. Chop dried beef about the same size as onions.
  7. I usually use the whole can but use as much as you like.
  8. Once cream cheese has softened mix together all three ingredients in a medium to large bowl.
  9. You can line another bowl with plastic wrap to make a ball or just free form it with your hands which is what I usually do.
  10. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  11. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
