Mango Lassi
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat yogurt
- 12 cup very cold water
- Remove flesh from mango, discarding skin and seed.
- You should have about one cup of mango.
- Combine mango, water and yogurt in blender.
- Blend on medium til well combined and smooth.
- Serve at once.
- Leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Stir before serving.
