Red Wine Spaghetti
- 2 c. wine
- 2 c. water
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 1 tbsp. butter
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated Pecorino cheese
- In 12-inch skillet, stir wine, water, spaghetti, and salt.
- Heat to boiling on high, stirring.
- Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring often.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in capers, butter, and pepper.
- Top with grated Pecorino cheese.
