Sweet Potato Bread

• 12 cup nonfat milk
• 34 cup pureed sweet potato
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon gluten
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 1 orange, zest of, grated
• 2 12 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 23 cup fresh whole cranberries

1. Place ingredients, except cranberries, in the pan according to manufacturer's instructions.
2. Set crust on medium, program for Basic or Fruit and Nut cycle; press Start.
3. When machine beeps, or between Knead 1 and Knead 2, add the cranberries.
