Candy Shop Pizza
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
- about 1 c. candy bars (such as Nestle Crunch, Butterfinger, Alpine White, M&M's or candy corn)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in 1 cup white chocolate chips. Spread batter in lightly greased 12 to 14-inch pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned.
