  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in 1 cup white chocolate chips. Spread batter in lightly greased 12 to 14-inch pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned.
