Peanut Butter Muesli Squares

  1. Grease lamington pan, 20 cms x 30 cms.
  2. Line base and sides with baking paper.
  3. Spread base with half of coconut.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in pot.
  5. Stir on low heat for 15 minutes until thick.
  6. Spread over top of coconut in pan.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
  8. Cover and chill for 2 hours till firm.
  9. cut into squares and serve.
