Pancit Bijon

  1. Saute' broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and celery for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add carrots and cook an additional 2 minutes, then add cabbage.
  3. Break rice sticks apart; soak in warm water until tender.
  4. Drain and add to vegetables.
  5. Add soy sauce - mixing well.
