Bak Choy And Dumpling In Pork Broth
- 4 cup bak choy
- 1 liter water
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 20 slice papper thin pork lean belly
- 8 slice dumpling skin
- 1/2 dash black pepper
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Bring water to a boil then add thinly sliced pork for 3 minute then simmer and add bak choy
- simmer down and add seasoning then add dumpling skin (DONT STIR ) as dumpling skin breaks easily
- simmer for another 3 minutes then add spring onion and off heat
bak choy, water, spring onion, skin, black pepper, soy sauce, salt
