Bak Choy And Dumpling In Pork Broth

  1. Bring water to a boil then add thinly sliced pork for 3 minute then simmer and add bak choy
  2. simmer down and add seasoning then add dumpling skin (DONT STIR ) as dumpling skin breaks easily
  3. simmer for another 3 minutes then add spring onion and off heat

bak choy, water, spring onion, skin, black pepper, soy sauce, salt
