Stir Fried Fish Sausages with Sesame Flavor
- 1 stick Nissei Fish Sausages
- 1 large mushroom Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Kombu tea
- 1 dash of each Salt, soy sauce, pepper
- 1 dash Sake (or lemon juice)
- 1 Ground sesame seeds
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
- Remove the seeds from the green peppers, and cut thinly.
- Cut the sausages in half vertically and then slice diagonally.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, lightly saute the sausages, and then add the shiitake mushrooms and green peppers, saute together, and then add the sake and corn and give a quick stir.
- Add powdered kelp and pepper and taste.
- Add more salt and soy sauce if needed.
- Sprinkle vinegar and add ground sesame seeds for the finishing touch, and turn off the heat after stirring.
- Arrange on a plate, sprinkle more ground sesame, and it is done.
- Today I ate it on top of lettuce.
