Pork in Orange Sauce

  1. Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
  2. Stir fry pork until browned, 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add carrots and celery; stir fry until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
