Mini RITZ Turkey Sliders
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 40 RITZ Crackers
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 5 oz. CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix turkey, garlic and Dijon in medium bowl.
- Shape into 20 small patties, roughly the size of a RITZ Cracker.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Cook the patties, in batches, 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Spread each of 20 crackers with 1/2 tsp.
- mayonnaise; top with cooked patties and cheese.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Dollop with remaining mayonnaise; sprinkle with green onions.
- Top with remaining crackers to form sandwiches.
