Chicken Ala Cham

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  2. Saute minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Saute the finely chopped onions.
  4. Add the marinade chicken.
  5. Stir until its color turned into golden brown.
  6. Add the red bell pepper and stir.
  7. Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  8. Add the tomato sauce and curry powder.
  9. Simmer for 3mins.
  10. Season with salt.
  11. Stir for 1min.
  12. Serve the Chicken Ala Cham.
  13. Good for 2 persons.
