Chicken Ala Cham
- 1/2 lb Chicken breast chopped into cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes.
- 1 Set aside for 20mins
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 clove garlic-minced
- 1/2 medium white onion-finely chopped
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1/3 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Melt butter in a frying pan.
- Saute minced garlic until golden brown.
- Saute the finely chopped onions.
- Add the marinade chicken.
- Stir until its color turned into golden brown.
- Add the red bell pepper and stir.
- Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce.
- Add the tomato sauce and curry powder.
- Simmer for 3mins.
- Season with salt.
- Stir for 1min.
- Serve the Chicken Ala Cham.
- Good for 2 persons.
